Terms and Conditions — Dhaka Bet Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on dhaka bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified dhaka bet accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed at the start of the next operating period. Dhaka Bet aims to complete all withdrawals on the same day they are requested.

Dhaka Bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transfer fees. You must withdraw to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a mismatch between your dhaka bet account name and your payment account name.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Dhaka Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.

7 Game Rules

Each game available on the dhaka bet platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Dhaka Bet is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhaka bet platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Dhaka Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-app message. You may contact support to request a review of the suspension decision. Dhaka Bet will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and communicate the outcome to you.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, any real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

10 Privacy and Data
